§ 1 General Information

Participation in the IMEX sweepstakes is only possible under the inclusion of these terms and conditions. The organizer of the sweepstakes is Lindner Hotels AG.

§ 2 Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons with legal capacity who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participants must correctly answer the sweepstakes question and provide their name and email address. Participation is only possible within the timeframe stated in the sweepstakes description. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer is not responsible for the organization and execution of the IMEX event itself.

§ 3 Prize

Prizes will be awarded as stated in the sweepstakes announcement. In the event of multiple correct entries, winners will be determined by a random draw; legal recourse is excluded. A substitution or cash payout of the prize is not possible.
The sweepstakes runs from May 20, 2025, to May 22, 2025. The entry deadline is May 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM (CET).
To participate, entrants must correctly answer the sweepstakes question and provide their name and email address. Multiple entries are not allowed. Each email address may only be used once.

§ 4 Liability

Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the sweepstakes are – to the extent legally permissible – excluded regardless of the legal basis, unless the organizer has acted with intent or gross negligence.

§ 5 Data Protection

The organizer guarantees the highest possible data protection standards within the scope of this sweepstakes and complies with all relevant legal regulations. The organizer will not pass on any personal data to third parties or sell address data.
Personal data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes. By entering, the participant expressly agrees to the storage and use of their personal data for this purpose.

§ 6 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, or if there is a gap in the regulations, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing provision, a legally valid one will be applied that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

§ 7 Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

In case of legal disputes, German law applies exclusively. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or moves abroad after participation, the organizer’s registered office shall also be the agreed place of jurisdiction.

§ 8 Winner Selection

All correctly completed entry cards will be entered into the draw. A total of 10 prizes will be raffled. Legal recourse is also excluded in this context.
