Hyatt & Lindner Hotels AG

Lindner joins the Hyatt world of more than 1,100 hotels worldwide. 

Hyatt and Lindner Hotels AG have agreed on a strategic partnership that will add more than 30 hotels in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe to the Hyatt portfolio. 

The two brands Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels will be integrated into the Hyatt brand joie de vivre - JdV by Hyatt for short - but will remain independent in terms of their values and identity. 

The strategic partnership with Hyatt brings enormous benefits and is a milestone in the company's history. It offers a unique opportunity to reach new international customer groups and thus strengthen profitability and long-term success. For example, the implementation in the World of Hyatt loyalty program brings the benefit of making Linder Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels accessible to the World of Hyatt membership base of 34 million members. 

In addition, the partnership has a positive impact on the appearance and structural development of the hotels, as well as the architectural development of the product and structural elements.

Founded in 1973, the family-owned hotel group based in Düsseldorf, Germany, has a particularly flexible and efficient management structure. Short paths, quick decisions, sustainable management and openness to innovation are part of the Lindner corporate culture. 

Lindner Hotels & Resorts

The classic Lindner Hotels & Resorts brand stands for individual city-, business- and resort-hotels that use passion and experience to create an environment in which their guests feel comfortable and inspired. The brand has received numerous awards for its unique concepts, particularly in the areas of theme hotels and human resources management. 

The Lindner Hotels & Resorts brand comprises 26 hotels in seven European countries. This makes Lindner Hotels AG one of the leading German hotel companies. The portfolio includes modern business hotels in major cities as well as high-quality spa and sports resorts. Some hotels were taken over from economically difficult situations and successfully repositioned. The group's properties combine individual vacation concepts, high quality standards and innovative spa offerings.

me and all hotels

Launched in 2015, the me and all hotels brand focuses on boutique character, modern technology and local events in central city locations, as well as individual design and casual flair.
