Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 9). You can also program a wake-up call using your TV.

You can buy an adapter in our vending machine on our ground floor for 15,00 €.

We are happy to store your luggage at our hotel reception in case of early arrival or late departure, but we do not offer porterage.

Please contact our reception. You will be able to collect them there.

Breakfast is available on weekdays from 06:30h till 11:00h, and at weekends from 06:30h till 12:00h in our hotel restaurant.

Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you the same evening.

We can provide rooms with capacity for up to 160 people. Please contact the reception team.

Staff at reception will be happy to give you advice when choosing a pharmacy/doctor.

We will be happy to provide an extra bed for your room (subject to charge, where appropriate). Please contact reception or housekeeping.

Our fitness room is open daily throughout. The use is free of charge. 

You can get selected toiletries at the hotel reception (toothbrush, shaving set, sewing kit or similar items).

You are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board free of charge. Please contact reception.

Whatever you need, whatever you lost, or whatever you simply forgot, we have it. Let us know what you need from the below, and we‘ll deliver it right to your door.

LINDNER HAS IT

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in our hotel we charge a large cleaning fee of € 150,00. In the event that a room cannot be rented to future guests as a result of smoke damage, you will be billed for the downtime costs. Thank you for your understanding.

There is a minibar in your room. For prices of all included drinks and snacks, please refer to the list provided.  

Newspapers and magazines are available at the hotel reception.

There is an underground public car park "Parking Centraal ". The entrance can be found on Van Immerseelstraat 2, 2018 Antwerpen. The fee is € 22.00 for 24 hours and can be paid in the garage at level -1. 

You can book a discounted rate via "www.travel2antwerp.com."

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.

If needed, please contact reception. We will be happy to scan or copy for you free of charge, depending on the number of your documents.

Your room card gives you access to your room. Please don’t forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.

Our hotel rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00h to 16:00h.

Conserve Card

The shoe shining machine is at the second and third floor.

You can store your valuables free of charge in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.

The wellness area is open from 06:00h to 23:00h.
