Our cleaning service is available Monday through Friday. Laundry bags & price lists are in your closet. Please contact our housekeeping department at tel: 8822.
- Check-Out
Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.
- Gym
Our fitness room is open daily from 08:00h - 22:00h. The use is free of charge.
- Breakfast

- Lost and found
For found or missing items, please contact the reception. If you are already home, we are happy to send your forgotten items by mail for a fee.
- Baggage service
We are happy to store your luggage at our hotel reception in case of early arrival or late departure.
- Dogs
Please register your dog with us before your arrival.
We will then reserve a special room for you and provide a blanket and bowl for your four-legged friend (25 € per day/dog).

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms and in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a significant cleaning fee. If a room cannot be rented to future guests due to smoke damage, you will be charged for the lost revenue. We appreciate your understanding.

With the room card, you have access to your room, the spa, the hotel parking, and our fitness room. Please do not forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.
- Room cleaning
Our hotel rooms are cleaned for you daily from 09:00h - 16:00h. If you do not need fresh towels on any given day, simply leave them hanging in the bathroom on the hooks provided. Towels left lying on the floor will be changed daily.

The nearest train station is in Grevesmühlen, about 25 min. from the hotel.

The Adventure Park includes the Adventure Golf facility with 18 themed courses, natural and water playgrounds, and restaurants.
- Buddelschiffmuseum
A maritime museum in Boltenhagen. It shows many ships in bottles, ship models, old maritime equipment and flotsam and jetsam.
- minimare discovery park
The park in Kalkhorst is defined by 50 miniature structures and interactive play stations for the whole family.
- Mumpitz Wismar indoor playground
Play paradise for young and old with climbing volcano, wobbly mountain, go-karts, trampolines, and much more.

At the market place in Kluetz you can gain insights into the life and work of the writer "Uwe Johnson".
- Pirates open Air
The theater event in Grevesmühlen is the most successful open-air theater production in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It tells of the adventures of Capt'n Flint with special effects, sword fights, breathtaking stunts, and a top-tier cast in 2022, for example, Dustin Semmelrogge and Benjamin Kernen.
- Stone Age Village Kussow
The Stone Age village Kussow is an open-air museum with a Stone Age settlement site, Mesolithic huts, and ancient animal breeds, such as woolly pigs and Soay sheep.
- Klütz perennial nursery
In the nursery you can discover 700 different species of perennials and large show garden (open spring to late October).
- Wismar animal park
In the animal park, you can find wild animals and domestic animals, such as bison, coatis, raccoons, wolves, lemurs, and many more. In addition, there are large play areas, an adventure playground, and a petting zoo with goats and sheep.
