- Bath robe/towel/slippers
Please contact reception. We will be happy to bring these to your room upon request.

You are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board. Please contact reception.

Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.

Our fitness room is open daily throughout. The use is free of charge.
- Photocopying
If needed, please contact reception. We will be happy to photocopy your documents for a fee of € 0.25 (the first five copies are free).
- Breakfast
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 06:30h to 10:30h in our hotel restaurant.
On weekends from 7:30 to 10:30.- Phone charger
Upon request, you can borrow a phone charger from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 20.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the phone charger is returned).
- Hygiene products
You can get selected toiletries at the hotel reception (toothbrush, shaving set, sewing kit or similar items).

We can provide rooms with capacity for up to 230 people. Please contact the banquet department.

Whatever you need, whatever you lost, or whatever you simply forgot, we have it. Let us know what you need from the below, and we‘ll deliver it right to your door.
- Minibar
There is a minibar in your room. For prices of all included drinks and snacks, please refer to the list provided.
- Parking spaces
The underground car park at the adjoining Spree Galerie offers a total of 650 parking spaces for a fee of € 7.50 per day.
- Post service
You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.
- May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!
We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.
- Cleaning service
Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday from 09:00h to 15:00h. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you the same evening.

You can contact our reception 24 hours a day via the extension 200. We are happy to assist you with our luggage service for a fee. For bad weather we have umbrellas available for free rental at our reception.
- Safe
You can store your valuables free of charge in a safe at reception. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.
- Shoe shining machine
You will find shoe shining machines on the ground floor. Please contact the reception.
- Alarm Service
Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 200).

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.
- Room cards
Your room card gives you access to your room and the fitness studio of the hotel. Please don’t forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.
- Room cleaning
Our hotel rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00h to 13:00h. Towels are changed daily if you put them on the floor. Bed linen change takes place every three days, more often on request. Please contact the reception.

Our room service is available daily from 06:30h to 22:00h.
- Extra bed
We will be happy to provide an extra bed for your room (subject to charge, where appropriate). Please contact reception or housekeeping.

The closest train station is approx. 1.6 km from the hotel. The closest tram stop is right next to the hotel. The reception team will be happy to help you with information about train connections.

Berlin Brandenburg Airport is approx. 108 km from the hotel. Dresden Airport is 110 km from the hotel. For further information about getting to the airport, our reception team will be happy to assist you.
Leisure activities

In Park Branitz you can explore the castle of Herman Fürst von Pückler-Muskau and the unique pyramids, that were built as burial place for his princess and him.
- Spreewald Biosphere Reserve
You can get to Spreewald by car in 15 minutes. Among other activities, there are a variety of boat rides, canoe trips on the Spreewald rivers, inline skating and bike rides.
- Staatstheater Cottbus
The state theatre in Cottbus is an art nouveau theatre and was built by Bernhard Sehring in 1908. What’s more, it’s the only multi-genre theatre in the state of Brandenburg.
- "Der Dicke" Spremberger Turm (Tower)
A symbol of the city from the 13th century, a 28 m high observation platform with a fantastic view of Cottbus and the surrounding area.
- Cottbuser Ostsee (Baltic)
"Merzdorf" observation platform, 31 m high, a former open-cast mine in Cottbus-Nord, which is due to be flooded from 2018–2030. The result of these years of flooding will be a tourist attraction in the form of the biggest inland lake in Brandenburg. Even today it is very interesting to observe the cultural shift in the area from a mine to a flourishing natural site.
- Ostdeutscher Rosengarten Forst
With 40,000 rose bushes of more than 950 types, this site is one of "Germany’s most beautiful parks" – open all year round.
- Spreewald Therme Burg
Brine bath, steam bath, large sauna area, indoor and outdoor pools
- Erlebnispark Teichland
On the edge of a reclaimed mine with an observation tower, this park offers a total of 19 attractions, such as a summer toboggan run, tubing track, a maze, climbing walls, and lots more.
- Parkeisenbahn Cottbus
The "Pioniereisenbahn" has been running since 1 June 1954. It is predominantly children and adolescents who work here on a voluntary basis, on a 600 mm track between the depot at Sandower Dreieck and Park Branitz (via the Tierpark).
- Pharmacy Museum
A collection of pharmacy history and furnishings from the 1930s to the DDR-era can be found at the Brandenburg Pharmacy Museum.
- F60
A former brown coal conveyor bridge, also known as the "horizontal Eiffel tower of Lausitz".
- Raumflugplanetarium Cottbus (Space Flight Planetarium)
With disabled access since 2013, and newly renovated. It is one of the most modern planetariums in Europe. It also hosts events such as concerts, talks and lectures. The planetarium can be reached via a 30-minute walk from the hotel along the Spree.
- Tierpark Cottbus
Set in a superb park landscape with 25 hectares, there are 1,200 animals and 170 different species to see and admire in the biggest zoo of Brandenburg.
- Spreeauenpark Cottbus
A part of the former national garden show, this 20 hectare park is a magnet for both young and old.
- Stadion der Freundschaft (Stadium of Friendship)
The home of the legendary football club "FC Energie Cottbus".
