A deposit is charged for each device (250 EUR hairdryer / 100 EUR straightener and curling iron). This will be charged to your room during your stay and deducted from your room bill when you return the appliance. No credit card deposit is required.

Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 25.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

Breakfast is available daily from 06:30 to 10:30 in our hotel restaurant. For early risers we offer the Early-Bird-Breakfast from 04:00 am. 

To have your baggage brought to and from your room, please contact the hotel reception, our employees will be happy to help (According to availability). We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.

Upon request, you can borrow a phone charger from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 25.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the phone charger is returned).

The hotel garage offers a total of 139 parking spaces for a fee of € 25.00 per day. In addition, 68 hotel-owned parking spaces in front of the hotel are available for a fee of € 20.00 per day.

You can have your post sent via the hotel reception (stamps are subject to charge). We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you the same afternoon/evening.

You can store your valuables free of charge in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.

There are shoe shining machines on the first to fourth floors by the lifts.

Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 603).

Our sauna can be found on the fourth floor right next to the lifts and is open daily from 17:00h to 23:00h.

We accept cash, Mastercard/Euro Card, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.

Newspapers and magazines are available at reception for a fee.

Your room card gives you access to your room and other facilities (sauna and fitness studio) in the hotel. Please don’t forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.

Our hotel rooms are cleaned and towels are changed on a daily basis between 09:00h and 13:00h. If you do not need fresh towels on any given day, simply leave them hanging in the bathroom on the hooks provided. Towels left lying on the floor will be changed daily.

Conserve Card

Our room service is available daily around the clock. To order drinks and meals, please dial our restaurant extension 651. Between the hours 01:00h and 05:30h, please dial the extension 601.

We will be happy to provide an extra bed for your room (subject to charge, where appropriate). Please contact reception or housekeeping.
