A deposit is charged for each device (250 EUR hairdryer / 100 EUR straightener and curling iron). This will be charged to your room during your stay and deducted from your room bill when you return the appliance. No credit card deposit is required.

Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 40.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

You are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board. Please contact reception.

Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.

Our fitness room is open daily throughout. The use is free of charge.

If needed, please contact reception. We will be happy to show you how to copy your documents for a fee of € 0.40 or how to scan your documents for free.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday from 06:30h to 10:30h and on Sunday and public holidays from 06:30h to 11:00h in our hotel restaurant.

To have your baggage brought to and from your room, please contact the hotel reception. Our employees will be happy to help (subject to availability). We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.

Upon request, you can borrow a phone charger from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 40.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the phone charger is returned).

We can provide rooms with a capacity of up to 300 people. Please contact the banquet department.

Your room amenities also include a minibar. For prices of all drinks available , please consult the list provided. Snacks and other drinks can be bought from our vending machines in the lobby.

The hotel garage offers a total of 100 parking spaces for a fee of € 22.00 per day. Our outdoor car park offers a total of 400 parking spaces for a fee of € 20.00 per day. In addition, there is a public car park opposite the hotel. Please note that there is limited parking time for some of these spaces.

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you the same evening after 18:00h.

You can store your valuables free of charge in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.

You will find shoe shining machines on the ground floor.

Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 320).

The sauna is open from 16:00h to 23:00h, the rest area is open continuously.

We accept Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, cash, as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.

Our hotel rooms are cleaned daily from 08:30h to 16:00h.
