Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 25.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

You’ll find an ironing room on the second floor (next to Room 229).
- Check-Out
Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.
- Gym
Our fitness room is open daily throughout. The use is free of charge.
- Photocopies & scans
If needed, please contact reception. We will be happy to photocopy and scan your documents for a fee of € 0.10 per document.
- Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 06:30h to 10:30h in our hotel restaurant Alegría.
- Baggage service
To have your baggage brought to and from your room, please contact the hotel reception, our employees will be happy to help. We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.
- Phone charger
Upon request, you can borrow a phone charger from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 25.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the phone charger is returned).
- Hygiene products
You can get selected toiletries at the hotel reception (toothbrush, shaving set, sewing kit or similar items).
- Conference area
We can provide rooms with capacity for up to 320 people. Please contact the banquet department.

The underground car park at the hotel offers a total of 155 parking spaces for a fee of € 25.00 per day or € 2.50 / hour.
- May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!
We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our no smoking rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.
