Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception. Depending on room availability, a late check out may be possible (subject to charge, where appropriate).

Our fitness studio is open 24 hours a day. The facility is available to you free of charge.

If needed, please contact reception. We are happy to photocopy and scan your documents for a fee of € 0.10 (black and white) or € 0.25 (colour).

The public car park has 273 parking spaces. 70 spaces are rented by the hotel and are available for a fee of € 15.00 per day.

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.
