A deposit is charged for each appliance (250 EUR hairdryer / 100 EUR straightener and curling iron). This will be charged to your room during your stay and deducted from your room bill when you return the appliance. No credit card deposit is required.

Bath robe/towel/slippers

Bath robes and slippers can be found in the wardrobe in your room. If this is not the case, please contact reception.

You are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board. Please contact reception.

Check-Out

Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.

Gym

Our fitness room is open daily between 07:00h -22:00h. The use is free of charge.

Photocopies & scans

If needed, please contact reception. We will be happy to photocopy or scan your documents for a fee of € 0.15 (black and white) or € 0.50 (colour).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 06:30h to 10:30h and on Saturday and Sunday from 06:30 to 12:00 in our hotel restaurant.

 

Baggage service

We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.

Phone charger

Upon request, you can borrow a phone charger from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 30.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the phone charger is returned).

Hygiene products

You can get selected toiletries at the hotel reception (toothbrush, shaving set, sewing kit or similar items).

Conference area

We can provide rooms with capacity for up to 160 people. Please contact the banquet department.

The hotel’s garage offers a total of 128 parking spaces for a fee of € 30,00 per day per vehicle.

You can have your post sent via the hotel reception (stamps are subject to charge). We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.

May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. We offer a few smoking rooms, if you are interested please contact the reception. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Cleaning service

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your wardrobe. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you by 19:00h on the same day.

Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 351).

Wellness

The wellness area is open from 17:00h to 22:00h and is free of charge. Sauna use on request. Our staff are happy to offer you advice and tips.

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa Card, Diners Club, JCB, American Express, Maestro, V-Pay as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.

Newspapers and magazines

Thanks to our partnership with the sharemagazines app, you can conveniently read newspapers on your mobile phone via the local WLAN.

Room cards

Your room card gives you access to your room and other facilities (sauna and fitness studio) in the hotel. Please don’t forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.

Elbphilharmonie

The new attraction in Hamburg. A new glass building with daring, curved roofscapes rises up from the base of the former Kaispeichers warehouse on the western tip of the HafenCity.
