Our fitness room is open during the week between 07:00h and 21:00h and on weekends and holidays between 09:00h and 19:00h. The use is free of charge.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Sunday from 06:30h to 12:00h in our hotel restaurant.

Baggage service

We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.

There are a limited number of parking spaces available in a adjoining car park, for a fee of € 20.00 per day. Please note, the hotel is not the operator of the underground car park.

You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.

May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Cleaning service

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 08:30h, it will be washed and returned to you the same evening.

Our wellness area, which includes a sauna, is open Monday to Friday from 07:00h to 22:00h, as well as Saturday and Sunday, from 09:00h to 19:00h. It is free for all guests. Our staff will be happy to provide consultations and treatments.

Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral)

The Kölner Dom is one of the most visited sights in Germany and is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Experience the cathedral in all its diversity – its history, art works, and above all its spiritual dimensions.

Kölner Altstadt (Old City of Cologne)

In the Kölner Altstadt the history of the city really comes to life. There are many traces which emphasise its history and show a new side to this city on the Rhine. In the heart of the city, you will also find two of the most frequented shopping streets in Germany.

Musical Dome on the Rhine

The Musical Dome plays host to musicals, such as the "Bodyguard", and opera on a spectacular stage.

Chocolate Museum

In the Chocolate Museum, visitors can marvel at the production chain for chocolate manufacturing, from the cocoa bean to the finished product. The museum is the first of its type. The tropical house with cocoa plants and the chocolate fountains are particularly popular with visitors.

Shopping

Schildergasse is the main shopping strip in Cologne and the most frequented shopping street in Germany. Together with Hohe Str. and Breite Str., it is one of the most popular shopping streets in Germany. 

Phantasialand

Phantasialand is a leisure park in Brühl near Cologne, and is a byword for great entertainment: With six different themed areas, Phantasialand offers visitors countless amusement rides and shows. The regular season lasts from the end of March to the start of November; in the winter months the park opens for a few weeks with a special winter programme.

Römisch-Germanisches Museum (Romano-Germanic Museum)

This museum focuses on the archaeological heritage of Cologne city and its environs, from prehistory to the early Middle Ages.

Museum Ludwig

The collection of the Museum Ludwig contains the most important artistic exhibits of modern art from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present day.
