A deposit is charged for each device (250 EUR hairdryer / 100 EUR straightener and curling iron). This will be charged to your room during your stay and deducted from your room bill when you return the appliance. No credit card deposit is required.

Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 25.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

The hotel’s car park offers a total of 156 parking spaces for a fee of € 20.00 per day.

You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you the next day.

You can store your valuables free of charge in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.
