Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 15.00 will be charged to your house and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

- Bath robe/towel/slippers
These are available for a fee at the reception.
- Iron & ironing board
You are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board. Please contact reception.

Please vacate your room on the check-out date by 10:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.
- Gym
Our fitness room is open daily between 07:00h and 21:00h. The use is free of charge.
- Photocopying
If needed, please contact reception. We can make photocopies for you for a surcharge (from € 0.30 per page).
- Luggage store
We can store your luggage at reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.
- Hygiene products
A selection of toiletries can be purchased in our shop.
- Conference area
We can provide a conference room with a capacity of up to 16 people. Please contact reception.

- Parking spaces
Every holiday house has its own adjacent parking spot and there are approx. 100 free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
- Post service
You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.
- May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!
We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our holiday houses or in the public areas of the main building of the hotel. For smoking in a holiday house we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Our reception can be contacted daily from 07:00h to 22:00h via the extension 8000. Our staff at the Lindner Hotel Nürburgring Congress can be contacted outside of opening hours via the extension 5000.
- Shoe shining machine
Shoe shining machines can be found on the ground floor of the main building.
- Wellness
Our sauna area is open daily from 10:00h to 21:00. Massages and facial treatments can be booked from Friday to Sunday. Please contact our staff at the spa reception (Extension: 8190).
- Payment methods
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Club as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.
- Room cards
Your key card opens the entrance barrier to the park and gives you access to your holiday house. Please don’t forget to return it to reception upon departure.
- Room cleaning
For stays longer than seven nights, an intermediate cleaning is included in the house price. This includes the replacement of bed linen and towels throughout the house, cleaning of bathrooms, toilets and flooring. Kitchen cleaning is not included. Should you wish to use an additional intermediate cleaning of your vacation home, please contact the reception.

Cologne Bonn Airport is approx. 81 km from the holiday park. For further information about getting to the airport, our reception team will be happy to assist you.

You’ll enjoy lots of interesting facts and entertaining anecdotes from 80 years of eventful racing history during our 90-minute backstage tour. Starting at the info centre at Nürburgring (B 258), visit the famous pit lane, the historic drivers’ paddock, and enjoy the view of the Grand Prix track from the roof of the start and finish tower.

At the ring°werk, you can experience a motorsport adventure for all the family. In numerous simulators and attractions everyone quickly feels like a real racing driver – regardless of whether they are young or old, a family or a group. A plethora of hiking routes take you through gentle valleys and to the tops of the mountains. Enjoy the very heart of nature! Whether on the main hiking routes of the Eifelverein, the regional recommended routes through the further surroundings or on locally signposted paths, the possibilities are absolutely endless.
- Vulkaneifel
Trace volcanic activity in the Vulkaneifel or visit the castles and fortresses in the region and be transported back to the past. In the summer, the deep blue maars invite you to take a dip and in the winter the Hohe Acht beckons for tobogganing.
- Tourist drives
20.832 km of legendary asphalt is waiting for you! Get to know the Nordschleife with your own car or motorbike – this is possible for everyone at Nürburgring. On certain days the racetrack is open for tourist drives and invites fans of this legendary track to participate in this unique experience. For all those who have ever wanted to feel like Vettel & fellow drivers, the tourist drives on the modern, approx. five-kilometre-long Grand Prix stretch are just the ticket.
