Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 15.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

If you require a doctor, please contact the hotel reception. The Hochgrat-Apotheke (chemist) (Hugo-von-Königsegg-Strasse 4, Tel. 08386 4583 and Propstei Apotheke (Hugo-von-Königsegg-Strasse 1, Tel. 08386 2730) are in the town centre.

During your stay, we provide you with a bath robe and slippers free of charge. Please leave the bath robe in your room upon departure. Bath towels for the spa area can be found in your hotel room in the spa bag.

If you require our ironing service, please contact the hotel reception. During daytime hours, your ironed clothes will be returned to you on the same day.

Make the most of your room until 11:00h on your departure date. To save waiting time (predominantly on Sundays), we recommend settling your hotel bill the evening before departure. In the event that your check-out date is on a Sunday, and you want to be able to enjoy another treatment at the Bergwiesen Spa, we can offer you a free Late Check-out upon availability. Please arrange this with our staff at the hotel reception. Don’t forget to hand in your room key at the hotel reception.

Our fitness room is open daily throughout. The use is free of charge.

This can be organised by request at the hotel reception. Our staff will be happy to show you where you can photocopy and/or scan your documents, and will help you to do so if you require assistance.

The Hotel has parking spaces in front of and opposite the hotel are available for free. Parking permits are available at the hotel reception.

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 180.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Please deposit your laundry with the housekeeper or at hotel reception by 09:00h at the latest. It will be returned to you within nine hours. You will find a laundry bag in your wardrobe. Clothes that require dry cleaning are sent to an external laundry service provider. Thank you for your understanding. In this case, the hotel acts only as an intermediary. The delivery conditions and prices of the laundry service provider apply.
