A deposit is charged for each appliance (250 EUR hairdryer / 100 EUR straightener and curling iron). This will be charged to your room during your stay and deducted from your room bill when you return the appliance. No credit card deposit is required.

Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 5.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

We provide a daily laundry service. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:00h, it will be washed and returned to you the same afternoon/evening.

Your room card gives you access to your room and other rooms in the hotel. Please don’t forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.
