- Our TV sets are connected to a satellite system. All popular TV channels are available free of charge.

Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 20.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).
- Check-Out
Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to prolong your stay, please discuss this with reception.
- Gym
Our fitness room is open daily throughout. The use is free of charge.
- Photocopies & scans
If needed, please contact reception. We will be happy to show you how to photocopy and scan your documents for free.
- Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00h to 11:00h in our hotel restaurant.
- Phone charger
Upon request, you can borrow a phone charger from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 10.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the phone charger is returned).
- Lindner Service
Whatever you need, whatever you lost, or whatever you simply forgot, we have it. Let us know what you need from the below, and we‘ll deliver it right to your door.
- Parking spaces
The hotel’s car park offers a total of 70 parking spaces for a fee of € 10.00 per day. You can purchase a parking ticket at reception.
- Post service
You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. If you receive any post during your stay, we will leave this in your room pigeonhole.
- May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!
We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.
- Cleaning service
Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 12:00h, it will be washed and returned to you on the following day by 18:00h.
- Reservations
Our booking department is happy to take reservations for all Lindner Hotels & Resorts.
- Restaurant & Bar
The restaurant is open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Reception Desk
You can contact our reception 24 hours a day via the extension 810.
- Safe
You can store your valuables free of charge in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.
- Shoe shining machine
Shoe shining machines are at the lifts.
- Alarm Service
Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 810).
- Wellness
The wellness area is open from 08:00h to 18:00h.
- Payment methods
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.
- Room key
Your room key gives you access to your room. Please do not forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.
- Room cleaning
Our hotel rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00h to 16:00h.

Sylt Airport is approx. 5 km from the hotel. For further information about getting to the airport, our reception team will be happy to assist you.
