A deposit is charged for each appliance (250 EUR hairdryer / 100 EUR straightener and curling iron). This will be charged to your room during your stay and deducted from your room bill when you return the appliance. No credit card deposit is required.

Upon request, you can borrow a plug adapter from the hotel reception (a deposit of € 30.00 will be charged to your room and subsequently reimbursed to you once the plug adapter is returned).

If needed, please contact reception. You can send an email containing the documents you’d like to print to reception. We will be happy to print documents for a fee of € 0.15 (black and white) and € 1.00 (colour). Scanning documents and the first five print-outs (black and white) are free.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 06:30h to 10:30h, and on Saturday and Sunday as well as public holidays from 06:30h to 11:30h in our hotel restaurant.

To have your baggage brought to and from your room, please contact the hotel reception, our employees will be happy to help. We can store your baggage at our hotel reception if you arrive early or need to depart later than your check-out time.

Upon request, you can hand your mobile phone into reception, where it will be charged for you.

You can get selected toiletries at the hotel reception (toothbrush, shaving set, sewing kit or similar items).

We can provide rooms with capacity for up to 100 people. Please contact the banquet department.

You’ll find a small fridge in your room, where you can keep your own snacks cool.

The hotel garage offers a total of 46 parking spaces for a fee of € 3.50 per hour or € 29.00 per day.

You can have your post sent via the hotel reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.

We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Thank you for your understanding.

Our cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. Laundry bags can be found in your room. If you deposit your laundry at the reception by 09:45h, it will be washed and returned to you the same afternoon/evening.

You can store your valuables free of charge in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, as well as debit cards. If you provide a credit card as a guarantee, it is possible to book services on the house bill.

You will receive daily newspapers and magazines in the restaurant. You can also find magazines in your room using a QR code.

Your room card gives you access to your room and other rooms in the hotel. Please don’t forget to return it to the hotel reception upon departure.

Our hotel rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00h to 16:30h.
