Please vacate your room on departure day by 11:00h. If you would like to stay in your room for longer, you can arrange a late check-out at our reception desk for a fee.

Personal Trainers are available in the fitness studio in Westerburg. To arrange a session, please contact our reception team who will be happy to help.

- Conference area
We can provide rooms with capacity for up to 150 people. All our rooms have natural light and an outdoor area. Please contact the banquet department.

- Minibar
Your room amenities also include a minibar. For prices of all drinks and snacks available, please consult the list provided. Check out our promotion "The minibar is on us". You’ll find more in your rooms.
- Parking spaces
Our hotel car park has 160 parking spaces and is free. It is not possible to park at the main entrance as this area must be clear for access for the fire brigade.
- Post service
From Monday to Friday until 08:00h, you can leave your post at reception. We will notify you if you receive post during your stay at the hotel.
- May I smoke on the hotel premises? No!
We would like to advise you that, for the safety of our employees and guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. For smoking in a non-smoking room we charge a cleaning fee. Thank you for your understanding.

You can store your valuables in the safe in your room. The hotel accepts no liability for items not deposited in the safe.

Our reception is happy to wake you at any hour you request (Extension: 197).
- Wellness
Our Wald & Wiesen Spa can be found on the first floor. Highly effective wellness treatments await you, with BABOR and La Prairie products, an indoor pool, a sauna area and a relaxation garden that includes our barrel sauna. Safes for your room card and other valuables can be found at the entrance to the swimming pool. Please enquire at reception to arrange treatment appointments.

The Tourist Information WällerLand am Wiesensee (TIWI) is located just a few steps from the hotel by the lake. This is where you’ll find out all you need to know about the Westerwald, such as information about walking trails and other popular sights to visit. - Westerwaldsteig
The Westerwaldsteig is a 235 km long-distance trail through the Westerwald. For more information and hiking maps, speak to our reception staff.
- Wildpark Bad Marienberg
The Wildpark with hiking park is located approx. 14 km from our hotel. A great destination for young and old.
- Birkenhof Brennerei
One of our cooperation partners. This family-owned distillery is a byword for high quality when it comes to fine brandies and other spirits. We will be happy to provide you with more information at reception.
- Stöffelpark
The Stöffelpark in Enspel will immerse you in the history of the industry, with everything you need to know about the excavation of basalt. We provide a little introduction to the topic on the ground floor with a series of pictures.

- Golf
Our golf facility consists of an 18-hole championship course, a 6-hole short course, a driving range and a golf simulator. A golf permit is required to play on the 18-hole championship course. Start times can be booked directly at the golf office or at reception. We will be happy to provide you with information about the options for taking part in a tournament. You can pay the green fees and get tokens for the ball machine that is located on the driving range, in the Pro shop or at reception. We will be happy to organise a golf taster course or a training session with one of our golf professionals.
- Gifts
A selection of gifts can be found in the display cases at reception or in our Pro shop at the golf clubhouse.
- Dogs
Out of consideration for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.
